If you have placed an order before February 21, 2023, we offer free returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. within 14 days of the ship date. 

Orders placed on February 22, 2023 and thereafter are all sales final. All clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Delivery Options

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the distance of the shipping address and HYLETE's distribution warehouse in Southern California. Transit times do not include the ship date. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, dimensions, and total weight of your order.

• 5-7 Day USPS Delivery: Contiguous U.S. including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO address
• 4-5 Day USPS Delivery: Contiguous U.S. including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO address
• 3-4 Day FedEx Delivery: Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address
• UPS Ground: 3-7 business days. Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address
• FedEx International Economy: 4-7 business days. You may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties levied by the customs office of your shipping destination.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Pacific Territories

Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and will be charged carrier calculated rates based on the destination, dimensions, and total weight of the order. Orders shipped to these destinations are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

APO/FPO Addresses

We will ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. If you prefer to use the UPS 2-day shipping option, please enter a standard, physical address for shipping. To help ensure the quickest delivery, please follow the address format tips, below.

2. City Field: Should only be "APO" or "FPO"

4. Country Field: Always choose "United States"
