We offer free shipping on all orders $59+ that are shipping within the contiguous U.S. We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. within 60 days of purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. You can enter this at any time on the track order page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect your order to reach you within the shopping method time frame. All orders can be tracked at HYLETE.com/tracking as well.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international orders will ship via DHL Express or FedEx shipping. Fees and transit times will vary by destination.

How do I track my return shipment?

What if my order has a shipping delay?

Due to the ever-changing impact of COVID-19 and the holiday season, processing and delivery times may be delayed. Please be assured that our team is making every effort to have your order delivered as soon as possible.

Why hasn’t the tracking for my order updated?

Due to delays with our shipping carrier partners, the delivery of your order may take longer than normal.  When tracking your order, you may see a ‘pending’ status or no movement for a period of time. This is expected while the carriers work through
